Structure and services

Administration of Maison Plein Cœur is assumed by a general manager. This one is answerable in front of the members of the Board of directors of the organization. The general manager undertakes the management of the whole of the activities and services of the organization. He also takes over the major part of the political and administrative representations of Maison Plein Cœur. He is helped in its tasks by an administrative assistant, delegated persons and volunteers.

Maison Plein Cœur is directed according to participative management principles.

Here is the list of these administrative services:

  • general secretariat of the organization;
  • general accounting along with that of the governmental projects and programs;
  • supervision of volunteers working in the various services offered to the people affected with the disease;
  • supervision of the service animation of the Day Center;
  • development, preparation and realization of annual training plans addressed to the volunteers - the internal as well as the external ones;
  • maintenance and surveillance of the buildings;
  • supervision and animation of special services : food services and homercare intervention;
  • organization of special events : festivals, happenings, fund raisings, etc.
