Intervention evaluation

Maison Plein Cœur carries out several activities during the year in order to generate service quality evaluation and to bring the appropriate corrective measures, when necessary.

We organize, inspired by the Epsilon approach, some shared appreciation groups with people living with the HIV, volunteers, partners of the services and workers of the organization, in order to determine the forces, the weaknesses and to give recommendations on the services. In complementarity with these consultations, we resort to the formation of work committees in each activity area and we call upon to external consultants to help us to develop a critical vision on our thoughs and our intervention practices.
