The objectives of Maison Plein Cœur are summarized with this heart openness which makes this community considered as an institution which goes beyond its current field of activity. The magnanimity of the service concept is the keystone of all these objectives which will be enumerated below. This magnanimity opens the door to all those which, whatever their religion, faith, beliefs, degree of agnosticism, ethnical group, social or financial condition, age, sex, sexual orientation, need adequate services which can be given to them without risking the blames of various exclusive and professional recognizedcompetences. Such a concept is so open that a community as Maison Plein Cœur goes far beyond its particular objectives, making it become an AIDS organization very appreciated by the majority of its users.

The five objectives enumerated here are applicable within the characteristic borders of people living with HIV-AIDS reality. Here are how they can be realized, taking into account the various limits that time or available human resources can impose on the organization:

1. To drive out first of all material poverty while providing for the physical needs of the users.
2. To ensure that the users feel like at home inside the institution.
3. To treat all the employees, remunerated by any means, according to elementary rules of social justice.
4. To make sure that volunteers, placed under the responsibility of a remunerated employee, are trained according to the tasks to achieve and can can collaborate efficiently with the other employees of the organization.
5. To pay a constant attention to the precise request and reception rules for grants and donations, so that each money donation is managed according to the objectives of the community.
